What You Will Do:

Guidehouse has an exciting opportunity in our National Security Segment to optimize the Department of State’s (DOS) facility management capabilities, using Archibus, an integrated workplace management system (IWMS). Guidehouse is looking for a developer to configure and/or customize various Archibus modules. The ideal candidate must have experience using Java, JavaScript APIs, Reactjs, XML, Python, HTML SQL server and Oracle database programming; modifying workflow rules to enhance Archibus functionality; customizing database schema; using SQL Scripts and PL/SQL queries; and storing procedures, as required.  The candidate should also have experience integrating with Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit to use floor-plan drawings and should have domain expertise around specific areas of software development. The developer will work in a fully integrated and multi-disciplinary team that delivers value quickly and frequently by leveraging an Agile framework, particularly Scrum. 
Key responsibilities for this position include:

•    Translating functional requirements into design specifications 
•    Collaborating with team members on configuration needs
•    Configuring the Archibus solution based on documented requirements and design user stories and artifacts
•    Performing unit testing on solution 
•    Communicating solutions and new strategies to clients through reports and presentations
•    Working effectively with colleagues and client staff as part of a project team; work independently as needed

What You Will Need:
Ability to obtain and maintain an Interim Secret clearance
Undergraduate degree required, substitution of years of experience for degree is possible
•    3+ years of relevant experience
•    3+ years Java, JavaScript APIs, Reactjs, XML, Python, HTML SQL server and Oracle database programming
•    Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) suite
•    Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
•    Attention to detail
•    Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

What Would Be Nice To Have:

•    5+ years Java, JavaScript APIs, Reactjs, XML, Python, HTML, SQL server and Oracle database programming
•    2-5 years of experience with IWMS (Integrated workplace management system).
•    2-3 years of experience with Archibus v21.3+ and Archibus Client Server v22+
•    3-5 years of experience with Archibus
•    3+ years of experience with AutoCAD and Revit
•    2+ years of experience with ArcGIS and Esri
•    Experience in Cloud Environments
•    Understanding AutoCAD and Revit floor plan drawings
•    Understanding of the Facility Management industry, processes, and technology
