Description
We are looking for aData Entry Clerkto type information into our database from paper documents. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail. Understanding of data confidentiality principles is compulsory.
The company will rely on you for having accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a digital database.


As a Data Entry / Customer Services Administrator you will be responsible for:

* Dealing directly with customers via letter, email and phone - providing excellent customer service at all times
* Answering calls from customers
* Updating systems and records
* Providing update information to the wider team and sharing best practice
* Contributing ideas to improve ways of working
* Keeping your knowledge up to date via the web and publications.
* High School or higher eduation
* Proven problem-solving skills
* Good customer service and communication skills, written and telephone
* The ability to deliver consistently under pressure
* Self-motivation and a flexible approach to your work
* At least a basic level of IT competence.
