We are currently seeking a SQL Server Database Administrator to join our team. This position will work remotely from your home office located within the US.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Design and create database systems, from server design, drive allocation, network configuration with Firewall team
• Installation, administration, and maintenance of SQL server instances in test, development, staging and production environments
• Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems by ensuring high levels of performance, availability, sustainability, and security
• Recovery of database using Litespeed, TSM, or backup on SAN
• Managing failover clustering, always-on availability, replication, database mirroring, and log-shipping
• Migrating database to cross technologies using different available methods and tools
• Performance monitoring and fixing performance issues by identifyingthe cause and highlighting to stake holders
• From planning to execution of SQL server version upgrade on enterprise level
• Contribute to existing process improvements by identifying the gaps
• Supporting cloud-based database technologies on AWS RDS (Postgres, MySQL) and SQL Azure
• Handling the issues with SSIS, SSRS, and PowerBI

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Database Administration on Microsoft SQL Server
• Minimum of 1 year experience with Cloud-Data Management on AWS RDS

In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rules, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. For a candidate in the state of Colorado only, the starting pay range for this role is $100,200 - 183,800. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including actual work location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications.
