The AWS developer will be supporting an existing software development project for a key government client. The person in this position will be exposed to work with multiple tools and technologies like Microsoft .NET, C#, JavaScript, Oracle database, Microsoft Azure, DevOps platform include Azure Boards and DevOps. Tools are used for effective management and automation of the testing and build activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the development team with migrating en-premise solutions into the AWS cloud environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's with 12+ years (or commensurate experience)
• Software Development Life Cycle, Agile/DevSecOps
• Cloud (Azure or AWS)
• Maven, GitHub, Rally, Sonarqube, Jenkins, CI/CD
• Experience with Containerization in AWS with both Linx and Windows OS
• Setting up RDS and working with db teams to do migration with DMS
• Experience setting up Terraform, VPC, setting up git pipeline for build and deployment
• Cloudformation, S3, configuring route 53, configuring cloudwatch

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with government/federal agencies
• Angular (Typescript preferred)
• MS Windows Servers, MS Internet Information Services (IIS) web server
• C#, ASP.NET
• SQL, MySQL, Oracle
• Micro services

• Experience with automated testing using UFT/Selenium
