Reference #: 18462994 Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT- Software Developer 4 Consultant with our client in the financial industry. This role is 100% remote and a 5 month + contract position. Responsibilities: Responsible for writing programs to maintain and control computer systems software for operating systems, networked systems, and database systems Responsible for creating the software platform, and then fine-tuning the final program after it has been made Consult with engineering staff to evaluate interface between hardware and software, develop specifications and performance requirements, and resolve customer problems Advise customer about, or perform, maintenance of software system Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures Inform customers or other departments on project status, proposals, and technical issues such as software system design and maintenance Direct software programming and development of documentation Work on ADP system design, work with security, enterprise architecture team on ADP system integration solution and approvals Work with ADP business team on data modeling in ADP to match the data modeling in existing client system Implement vendor integration solution Support all on-going technical/governance process Coordinate with business and client internal team and external on any technical issue Requirements: High school degree and Bachelor's degree in computer science/relevant field or equivalent work experience required 8+ years' experience required Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage one's time Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle: from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing, and delivery Ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issue Knowledge of computer development software, such as SQL, Java, J2EE, etc. Java UI Messaging System (MQ) Application Design Lead experience/previous leadership experience Desired Skills: Adobe experience platform, analytic, Target, CDP, etc. AEM experience Linux Pay Range: $56.45- $64.45 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
